About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Air Export Operator to support our growing logistics team in Poznań. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating and managing the process of shipping goods abroad, ensuring efficient and accurate operations at every stage.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage the shipping process of goods (Aircargo reservations with airlines).

2. Monitor and report the status of shipments from the origin airport to the final destination.

3. Maintain close relationships with overseas stations and agents.

4. Prepare and process all necessary export documentation.

5. Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the export process to ensure timely and compliant shipments.

Requirement and Skills:

1. You have a good working knowledge of MS office applications.

2. You handle stress well and take a proactive approach.

3. You have a very good command of English (Knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong asset).

4. You are a communicative team player who enjoys working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
